CALSEC, is very effective dessiccant consisted from dispersed calcium oxide. Specially in continuous vulcanisation process, cells can be occur inside and surface of the rubber because of the evaporation of moisture from rubber itself and other chemicals at high tepratures. Calsec, prevents this cells from happening with keeping %32 of moisture by it’s weight and by this way surface can be free from cells and much more smoother
CH:Dispersed in Mineral oil and wax. Solid form in room temprature but easily melts in the rubber mixing tempratures.
GR:Dispersed in high quality modified wax. Granule form.
GR-P:Dispersed in modified polimer. Granule form.
GR-F:Dispersed in modified polimer and approved for food products. In compliance with FDA Regulations.
PLA:Paste form prepared with DOP for PVC plastisols.
POA:Powder form absorbed DOP .
AP:Powder form absorbed Mineral Oil .
PO:Very fine powder recommended as reactive reagent and desiccant in industry. |
